The MyPowerDrops website, software, interface, branding, logos, graphics, production systems, templates, source code, workflow, proprietary sound design, pre-produced audio, Mega Drops, and other materials provided by MyPowerDrops remain the property of MyPowerDrops or their respective licensors unless expressly stated otherwise.
Purchasing a subscription, credit package, or audio download does not transfer ownership of MyPowerDrops software, platform technology, branding, source code, templates, or underlying intellectual property.
You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, scrape, distribute, modify, resell, or create competing services from proprietary MyPowerDrops platform materials except where permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized in writing.
Mega Drop Studio may contain pre-produced voiceovers, sound effects, imaging elements, templates, or other proprietary production content.
A customer purchasing or generating a completed Mega Drop receives permission to use the resulting properly purchased audio according to the applicable product terms.
The underlying individual production elements, source files, templates, isolated voice tracks, effects, programming, or library assets remain protected and may not be extracted, redistributed, copied into competing libraries, or separately resold unless specifically authorized.
MyPowerDrops may apply audible watermarks, preview restrictions, reduced functionality, or other protections to audio before purchase or authorized download.
Users may not intentionally remove, bypass, disable, or circumvent preview watermarks or technical restrictions.
Attempting to obtain unwatermarked paid content without completing the required purchase or credit transaction may result in account suspension or termination.
You are responsible for downloading and safely storing completed purchases.
MyPowerDrops may provide online storage or a “My Drops” section as a convenience, but permanent storage is not guaranteed.
Customers should maintain their own backup copies of important downloaded audio.
MyPowerDrops is not responsible for customer data loss caused by failure to maintain a personal backup, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MYPOWERDROPS AND THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
MYPOWERDROPS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND ERROR-FREE OPERATION TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF MYPOWERDROPS FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE CUSTOMER TO MYPOWERDROPS DURING THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
IF APPLICABLE LAW DOES NOT ALLOW A PARTICULAR LIMITATION, THAT LIMITATION SHALL APPLY ONLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT LEGALLY PERMITTED.
